Back to Reality was a reality television show featuring reality television stars from previous reality television programs.
The February 2004 show was advertised by five as being "The biggest reality show of all time" however in terms of ratings, it failed to deliver.
Since the show, five have confessed that Back to Reality was an expensive but worthwhile experiment however it is unlikely to return.

My experience of postmodern writers and thinkers is that they insist convincingly on an enacted, constructed reality that is a product of the evolutionary coupling an organism has with its environment (especially Maturana and Varela) and accept the inevitable paradox that is generated when referring to ones own experience of constructed realities.
But it seems one of the motivations in her relentless insistence that there is a reality to know and not merely invent is her experience of the invented reality as being somehow discouraging. I am not sure why she has to insist on that.

I wrote only of the shallows, but it was in the depths, as it can only be, that we found out just how well we could really swim and, sooner or later, if we're blessed enough to really live, we need to find out just what we're made of and how strong we truly are.
