After going back in time, there was one natural way to go with the sequel to the world's most popular time travel flick, and that was to skip forward to the future.
Made back to back with Part II, the third and final instalment of the world's most famous time travel trilogy takes place in yet another era: the Wild West in an 1885 incarnation of Hill Valley and while not quite as entertaining as the other two, this one easily earns each of its five stars.
Back To The Future Part III is a new twist on the storyline of the first two films by making it a Western, and it's amazing how the same story has been delivered three times and been pretty much as entertaining in each instalment.

The picture quality on “Back To The Future” is poor with a lot of compression grain and a transfer that looks as though it was mastered from a bad VHS tape.
“Back To The Future Part II” is a bit better with a resolution that roughly equals VHS and not surprisingly “Back To The Future Part III” looks the best since it is the most recent, but the quality on this one could have been better as well.

As is usual, the middle chapter of a trilogy is the darkest and no more so than in the case of the Back to the Future films.
The Back to the Future ride is one of those virtual reality rides, where you sit in a mock up Delorean and are lurched about in time with images depicting a ride through history.
Anyone who loved the Back to the Future films (as I did) will probably be pleased to have this album simply because it has material you can't legitimately hear elsewhere, but it isn't terribly faithful in recording style and what the performance has in dynamism, it lacks in precision and clarity.

Back to the Future had a profound impact on me as a child, the kind that children of the seventies often associate with a movie that bored me to tears back then: Star Wars.
Running 55 minutes, the Zemeckis/Gale QandA for Back to the Future Part II (complete with a self-aggrandizing intro by Bouzereau we already heard on the last disc) tenders a blow-by-blow account of the process that led to the mammoth consecutive undertaking of Back to the Future parts II and III.
("Back to the Future: The Ride" is discussed, too.) The Gale/Canton and "Did You Know That" tracks are also running out of steam, if diverting; I had no idea that Monument Valley is not considered part of the United States, or that it's freezing cold there.

Shot back-to-back with the second chapter in the trilogy, Back to the Future, Part III is less hectic than that film and has the same sweet spirit of the first, albeit in a whole new setting.
Anyone who's not a fan of the 'Back to the Future' trilogy should be locked up for some sort of treason to the world of entertainment.
The framing appears differently from the laserdisc releases for approximately two minutes during 'Back to the Future II' and four minutes during 'Back to the Future III.' The framing difference is unnoticeable to widescreen DVD viewers and does not detract from or interrupt the viewing experience.

I recall seeing Back To The Future: Part II in the theater and being extremely disappointed.
A highly imaginative and amiable adventure, the Back To The Future Trilogy is a welcome addition to my shelf that will find itself well-used in the years to come.
Today i saw a new release in DVD Region 4 of Back To The Future Trilogy, but it includes 4 discs (not 3) and apparently they took the same 3 discs from the previous release, and added a new extra disc of extra material never seen before...
