		AT LEAST 120 families in Sultan Kudarat province who were earlier displaced by military operations against suspected members of the Abu Sayaff have started to return to their homes over the weekend, military officials Tuesday said.

		In his report, Mercadez said Pelaez is an employee of the Department of Public Works and Highways in Sultan Kudarat, while Porras is a teacher at the Masiag Elementary School, Bagumbayan, Isulan town, Sultan Kudarat.
		The two were arrested on the strength of a search warrant issued by Judge Milanio Guerrero of the Tacurong City Municipal Trial Court.
