	Bak kut teh - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Bak kut teh (Chinese: 肉骨茶; pinyin: ròugǔchá; POJ: bah-kut-tê; Hokkien for "pork rib tea") is a delicious Chinese soup concoction popularly served in Malaysia and Singapore.
		Bak kut teh is best eaten with rice, and in Malaysia, it is often served with strips of fried dough called you char kueh (or Youtiao 油条 in Mandarin).
		Klang, widely believed to be the home of bak kut teh, is famous for her many restaurants serving the best and tastiest bak kut teh in the region.
