Bak kut teh is best eaten with rice, and in Malaysia, it is often served with strips of fried dough called you char kueh (or Youtiao 油条 in Mandarin).
Klang, widely believed to be the home of bak kut teh, is famous for her many restaurants serving the best and tastiest bak kut teh in the region.

Indeed finding bah kut teh stall at night is much tougher, since I don't particularly eat bah kut teh at night, thus have little idea on which stall sells good bah kut teh in the night hours.

Although BKT is a common dish in Malaysia served with steamed rice but we have never come across a BKT flavoured instant noodles.
The BKT soup has never been cooked with chilli and is not supposed to be spicy, so this comes across to me a strange.
Although BKT originated from Malaysia, I don't think any Malaysian companies will manufacture BKT instant noodles because of its association with pork.

i am a super Bah Kut Teh fan and it was with eager anticiaption that my friend and i went to this restaurant.
in additon to a bowl of bah kut teh, we also ordered a side dish which was a plate of chicken's feet.
to start with, the pork in that Bah Kut Teh was tough and i finally just gave up chewing them because i hadnt intended to stay in that restaurant for hours.

Best Bak Kut Teh can be found at the Lakeview food centre, right at the end near the housing board shops.
It's called Hua Kee Bak Kut Teh, serves really great pork legs and the bak kut is really nice! With a price that won't kill, it's worth giving it a try.

There's this Bah Cho Mee store there that's REALLY good...the soup is very spicy and shiok and the pork balls are to die for.

There's one in subang jaya at Jalan SS14/2, the Chuan Chiew Restaurant serves quite good Bak Kut Teh and the price is reasonable too.

I just had my bah kut teh dinner.
My fave bak kut teh stall raised the price of its specialty @ 50 sen!
Kolo mee, kuayteow, whatever naik harga between 20 - 30 sen. Fave drink stalls raised the prices of drinks esp those requiring condensed milk such as kopi c, teh c and kopi kaw @ between 10 - 20 sen.

For your information, Bah-Kut-Teh was invented and originated from the town of Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.
It's original name was "Bah kut TEE" and was name after the family who sells "Bah Kut"(stewed pork ribs soup) for breakfast.
The name "Bah-Kut-Teh" somehow rather came from the residence of Klang by someone who tries to associate the word "Teh" (tea) because the dish is normally served with chinese tea.
