		The new town of Baharestan is situated 15 km southeast of Isfahan and north of Lashtar mountains along Isfahan-Shiraz Road.
		Baharestan is planned to accommodate 100,000 people in about 3,000 hectares in the first development phase and 350,000 people in the long-term.
		At the moment, Baharestan is one of the most attractive new towns of the country housing a large population.

	Majlis' new building inaugurated
		The inaugural session is the first session to be held by the sixth Majlis in its new parliamentary building, located inside Baharestan Complex in downtown Tehran.
		The historical Baharestan Complex was the site of the Iranian parliament since the 1906 Constitution up to the triumph of the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran.
		Abandoned after the revolution, the seat of parliament, then known as the National Consultative Assembly, was partly destroyed by a fire eight years ago.

		In this study qualitative dynamic model, EPANET, was used to investigation the effect of temperature on the decay of chlorine in distribution network of Baharestan city and to obtain the kinetic coefficients of chlorine decay by water volume and pipe wall.
		The kinetic coefficients of chlorine decay was acquired by measuring the changes of water temperature in two warm and cold seasons (summer and winter) and measuring concentration of chlorine residuals in water distribution network of Baharestan during these two seasons.
		Reaction coefficients of firs-order decay of chlorine by water volume were -0.533 and -0.207 per day respectively, and reaction coefficients of zero-order reaction of chlorine decay by pipe wall were -3 and -2 milligram per square meter per day for summer and winter respectively.
