BAINBRIDGE — If all goes according to plan, the village of Bainbridge could have an improved water system by the end of next year.
Ideally, Francisco said, the village is looking at construction next summer with roughly six months to complete the three portions of the project.

The Village of Bainbridge is near the center of the Town of Bainbridge and lies between Binghamton and Oneonta.
The village is adjacent to the Susquehanna River and Interstate 88 (exit 8).
In the village the population was spread out with 26.4% under the age of 18, 8.8% from 18 to 24, 26.2% from 25 to 44, 23.5% from 45 to 64, and 15.1% who were 65 years of age or older.

 History of Bainbridge, New York
BAINBRIDGE was formed February 16, 1791, as "Jericho." It was then a part of Tioga County and retained its name until April 15, 1814, when it received its present name.
The village of Bainbridge stands upon one of these lots and was sold by Major Evans to Col. Church, in 1793, for eighteen cents an acre.
The population of Bainbridge in 1865 was 1699, and its area 21,129 acres.

SAYRE, a lawyer in Bainbridge, and died June 23, 1850, leaving three children, all of whom are living-Horace in Minneapolis, Minn., Susan in Bainbridge and Sarah in Binghamton; Isaac, who was born October 14, 1810, married August 23, 1839, Martha, daughter of Hon.
The villagers became incensed at the action and tore down the fence, and such was the opposition manifested that the attempt to reclaim it was practically abandoned.
In 1876 he entered the University of the City of New York, where he was graduated Feb. 19, 1878, having during the intermediate year (1877) attended a course of medical lectures in Albany.

In New York State for example, an individual loses the right to vote only if she has been convicted of a felony and is currently incarcerated or on parole.

Some new religions draw their metaphors from science, but it remains highly uncertain whether they can resist the debunking effect of scientific scrutiny while creating a cultural climate conducive to further scientific advancement.

The department was notified March 19 that it will be receiving the grant money, which will be used to purchase two new radar units, five portable police radios, a new mobile radio and a prescreening device for use in driving while intoxicated investigations, Hood said.
Village Mayor Andrew Bauerle said the improvements in the department, especially since Hood came to the force in May 1999, are impressive.
