  Baldet (Lunar crater)
Baldet is a lunar crater that is located on the southern hemisphere on the far side of the Moon.
It lies in the basaltic-lava-flooded region between Cori crater to the north, Stoney crater to the southwest, and the worn Minkowski walled-plain to the southeast.
By convention these features are identified on Lunar maps by placing the letter on the side of the crater mid-point that is closest to Baldet crater.

Stoney is a lunar impact crater that is located in the southern part of the Moon's far side.
It lies to the southeast of Baldet crater and to the east of Bhabha crater.
The rim of this crater is sharp-edged and roughly circular, but with an somewhat irregular lip that has slumped in places.

The relatively young satellite crater 'Schomberger A' is nearly attached to the southern rim, and the much-aged 'Schomberger C' lies just off the western rim.
This is a relatively well-defined crater with sharp features that have not been significantly worn down by minor impacts.

Portions of the western and southwest rim still survive as low ridges in the surface, while the remainder is a jumble of irregular terrain with little definition.
