		Emil Balios, PCA information officer-designate, revealed that PCA is now working on a memorandum of agreement with local government units to allow about 25 to 28 hectares of and in their respective areas to be planted with coconut.
		Balios said bigger areas for nurseries and plantations are needed to reach the target.
		Balios also said that issuance of cutting permits is now done in their provincial office.
