How can you talk of developing Balochistan when the central govt has been siphoning off the mineral wealth of the province and keeping its strangelhold on the population through overt display of millitary power for more than 50 years.
For your kind information, Balochistan was forcibly incorporated into Pakistan on April 01, 1948 through a millitary operation led by Gen Akbar Khan, the commander of the garrison at Quetta, against Dawood Khan the ruler of then Kalat State.

Balochistan HRCP Chairperson Zahoor Ahmed Shahwani said a man, Abdul Karim, was shot dead by police in front of his house but the killing was linked with Saturday's incident that claimed lives of three policemen.

It is possible that the Pakistanis are rattled by the Indian 'interference' in the affairs of Balochistan because of its proximity to the Kandahar region of Afghanistan where the Pakistanis allege India is establishing a 'strong' presence.
