  Ban Zhao
Ban Zhao was born in the later Han Dynasty in China.
Her father Ban Biao (died 54 CE) was an official historian to the imperial court, and had access to earlier histories and important primary source records.
Ban Zhao's background as a Confucian scholar allowed her to complete her brother's history of the early Han Dynasty and also made her a valuable advisor to the Dowager Empress in the early first century CE.

Ban Biao (Chinese: 班彪; Wade-Giles: Pan Piao, 3 CE—54 CE), born in Xianyang, Shaanxi, was a Chinese historian, and an officer of the Han Dynasty.
He began the Book of Han, which was completed by his son, Ban Gu and daughter Ban Zhao.
Ban Gu's brother was a general named Ban Chao.

In the Later Han, another family of historians was famed for composing the Han Shu (History of the Former Han): begun by Ban Biao (3–54), primarily the work of his son BAN GU (32–92) and completed by his daughter, Ban Zhao (45–114?).
Ban Zhao, one of the great women intellectuals and scholars of Han times, also authored Admonitions for Women which was read for many centuries thereafter.
It became both a primer on correct behavior for women in subsequent centuries and a target for attack in the 20th century for perpetuating a perceived repression position for women.

The pattern of Sima Qian's historiographic work was unique and should serve as model for the official standard histories of the imperial dynasties for the next two thousand years.
The Hanshu, written by Ban Biao 班彪 and his son Ban Gu 班固, a historian who also took part in the compilation of the political compendium Baihutong 白虎通 and the history Dongguan Hanji 東觀漢記, helped to standardize the style of the official dynastic histories that has been established with the Shiji.
Like Sima Qian, Ban Gu used the biographical-thematical style with four different types of chapters.

Other than that,I don't see any comparable weapon from the rest of the world that Taiwan cannot get from US as long as Taiwan got the money.
