 | | In order to proceed to an analysis of the civic culture in Banat and Transylvania, one must take into consideration that these regions (as well as others with similar historical traditions, such as Silezia, Moravia, Galicia, Slovakia, Croatia, Bukovina) were emancipated later and only partially in comparison with the French, North Italian and Dutch regions. |
