 | | BANBRIDGE, a market and post-town, in the parish of SEAPATRICK, barony of UPPER IVEAGH, county of DOWN, and province of ULSTER, 10 miles (N. E.) from Newry, and 60 miles (N.) from Dublin city, containing 2469 inhabitants, but since the last census the population has much increased. |
