We were always of the opinion that Bangsar was almost fully developed, with the only lots available for new buildings were either the remaining green areas (not likely), very steep vacant land (not advisable) or redevelopment of existing bungalow lots (not big enough, unless you’re planning to turn it into a shop).

bangsar is still one of the happening places when i went home...its probably THE nightspot in KL with row after row of pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants....haven't seen a place quite like it and I have to say the effort and creativity gone into creating an identity for each establishment is commendable.
bangsar is a must if you ever make it to KL.
This is the pioneer of nightlife in Bangsar.

Posted on 27 July 2006 by KY One of the little things I did not know before I had my stint in the States was the variety in Indian cuisine, that there is life outside roti canai, nasi kandar, and chicken tandoori.
When I came back to Malaysia, I had a hard time trying to satisfy my taste for the northern Indian offerings as they were mostly offered only at up market restaurants at places.
At prices I usually associate with Japanese food… until I discovered Spice Garden at Bangsar when I went for the awesome Sarawak Laksa at the kopitiam located on the same row of shops.
