		The State Bar is seeking public comment on proposals which would require attorneys to register online with the bar and disclose their professional liability insurance status.
		State Bar President Sheldon Sloan writes about the board’s belief that generational issues and changing demographics are a major issue for consideration and action.
		Founded in 1927 by the legislature, The State Bar of California is an administrative arm of the California Supreme Court.

	Bar Exam
		Essentially, the Bar Exam is composed of 2 parts: a 200 question multiple choice exam covering 6 topics (Constitutional Law, Torts, Contracts, Criminal Law, Property, and Evidence) called the MBE - or Multi-state Bar Exam.
		This portion of the Exam is given in most other jurisdictions and is a significant portion of the Massachusetts Exam, comprising of a morning and afternoon session.
		When you hit the ice, tell yourself the Bar Exam people are the ones ruining your life for 8 weeks and then shoot at the upper corner of the net while imagining they are in goal without pads.

	Bar Exam Advisors LLC
		To be eligible to sit for the New Jersey bar exam, candidates must be 1) at least 18 years of age 2) have graduated with a JD or LLB degree from an ABA Accredited Law School (LLM is not acceptable), and 3) be in good standing in all other jurisdictions where candidates are admitted.

	NH Bar Exam
		The New Hampshire Bar Examiners have established a scaled score of 79 as the passing level of performance for the MPRE.
		The Bar Examiners will correlate the results of the Multi State Performance exam and the Essay Test to the MBE by using the Standard Deviation method, a statistical method which is recommended by the National Conference of Bar Examiners as the most statistically accurate method of converting essay scores to the MBE scale.
		A: Overall passing grade on the New Hampshire Bar Examination is 280 on a scale of 400 (the equivalent of 70%).

	The Bar Examination
		As a rule, the bar exam is always held on the last Tuesday and Wednesday of every February and July.
		After the exam is taken once, an examinee may choose to take the entire exam again or to retake only the questions that were answered incorrectly.

	Exam Information
		The Bar Exam is given twice a year, the last Monday afternoon, Tuesday and Wednesday of February and July.
		(Idaho Bar Commission Rule 210(c)) Attorney applicants as defined in Idaho Bar Commission Rule 200(b) are not required to take the MBE provided that on the date of application, he or she has been actively practicing law for at least five of the last seven years.
		To transfer your MBE score from another jurisdiction and have it apply to the Idaho Bar Exam, you must have received that score within 25 months from the date of the applicable exam, provided that the transferring jurisdiction is willing to transfer your score directly to the Idaho State Bar.

	About the US Patent Bar Examination

	DC Bar Exam - Bar Review for DC Exam
		In addition to successfully passing the DC Bar Exam, an applicant must attain a scaled score of 75 on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam.
