THE Cebu City government has earmarked P500,000 as financial assistance to Mag-uugmad Foundation, Inc. for its project empowering the five upland barangays of the city in terms of participatory development planning.
In its project proposal, the foundation aims to let the five barangays be able to formulate a written comprehensive barangay development plan to increase participation among local stakeholders.
