Barbara Ann Scott (born May 9, 1928 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) is a world and Olympic champion figure skater.
Scott began skating at a very young age and was only eleven years old when she won her first Canadian national junior title.
Scott turned professional, skating with the Hollywood Ice Revue in Chicago, Illinois where she met publicist Tom King whom she married in 1955.

She was created a life peer in 1997 as Baroness Young of Old Scone, of Old Scone in Perth and Kinross.
Lady Young of Old Scone was the chief executive of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds from 1991 to 1998, and has been chief executive of the Environment Agency since 2000.
