Barbas - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In demonology Barbas is a Great President of Hell and governs thirty-six legions of demons.
He is depicted as a great lion that under the conjurer's request changes shape into a man.
The name Barbas seems to come from Latin 'barba', beard, hellebore (a plant used in witchcraft, especially to invoke demons), and also a male name.

Barbas, a father of three with an adopted daughter, would hold the adoptive children for photos while he signed their papers.

 Barbas - The Sisters Three
Barbas has been around for many seasons and the girls just are never quite able to completely vanquish him.
My thoughts though are, although Barbas would be an incredible ultimate evil, seeing as how the girls can't get rid of him still, therefore his powers still somewhat are beyond theirs of controlling, the girls know how to defeat him in a sense.
If Barbas were to be the "next Source", he would have to have acquired a lot more power and followers.
