"Bargaining (Part Two)" is the second episode of the sixth season of the television series, Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Buffy helps the gang to battle against the bikers, but ends up running away from her friends in search of Glory's tower.
Buffy manages to save Dawn from danger once again on the tower, but is nowhere close to being back to normal.

The episode sees the Scooby Gang performing a spell to raise Buffy from the dead, a decision which will have consequences for Buffy and her friends throughout Season Six, and eventually allows the The First Evil to exploit the vulnerability in the Slayer line in Season Seven.
Willow's increasing power is also shown in this episode, as she is able to endure the tests required to bring Buffy back.
This episode was the first time Anthony Stewart Head is credited as a "Special Guest Star." He had been a series regular for the previous five seasons, but now his character has left for England.

This point was chosen to be the point at which Buffy is resurrected (which is the end point of part one in the one hour version), however this does mean that Bargaining part one is actually slightly longer than part 2.
Buffy suffered her worst season so far (though season 7 was worst), and started the season with her worst two scores, scoring 0 in Bargaining part one (won by Willow) and 7 in Bargaining part two  (won by Xander).
Dawn averaged 26.6 lines per episode in season 5, however her half season averages are vastly distorted, from Buffy vs. Dracula to Triangle, Dawn averaged just 17.5 lines per episode as the character was slowly introduced as somewhat of a mystery.

Buffy's sacrifice was called selfless by many, it is true - but other viewers found it to be a bit selfish.
Buffy didn't just come back from the grave, or literally in her grave - she had to go back to what (chaos) - where (tower) - who (Dawn) she had left.
The Buffy half of the protagonist was not back one hundred percent when she met up with Willow, Xander, Anya and Tara.

Admittedly the previous two episodes were light on school time, but last night would have been a perfect opportunity to show the Scrappies hanging out and bonding (don't let it die already, I love the nickname too much!).
It's funny, but when Buffy doffed her robe and broke up the ritual, my reaction was slightly in the direction of, "Oh, come on." But I involuntarily clapped my hands together when Spike came out of nowhere, torch in hand, to fight the demon and scare the pants off the ringleader kid.
With Buffy writers Jane Espenson and Doug Petrie contributing to the follow-up to Tales of the Slayer - The Broken Bottle of Djinn - Dark Horse Comics are promising tight continuity with TV Buffy from now on.

Buffy has long had such fantastic success with two-parters and these 2-hour opuses felt a bit long-winded to me. Having re-watched them on FX as two episodes, I enjoy them far more.
Buffy season 6 was therapy for me. It was nice to see someone going through the same thing I was, even if it was a fictional character.
All the episode were kind of the same, not that many standy outy ones.

The Haitian zombie is also featured in the episode 'Fresh Bones' where a number of guards at a processing centre for Haitian refugees start dying and one turns up alive (series 2 episode 15).
It does have a similar feel to the above Andromeda episode but the period details and the zombies (which were mentioned by name: "You put me in a room full of zombies!!!") were nicely done and it was a satisfying episode.
Jonathon Creek - In "The Three Gamblers" (Series 3 Episode 6) the wizard's apprentice (well OK trickmaker) is called in a case where a man with 6 bullets in his head seems to have come back to life to seek revenge on his murderers using the power of Haitian voodoo.
