		Bark River-Harris School provides a variety of special education programs for students identified as having a disability defined by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
		Assuming the responsibility granted to it by law, the Board of Education established the following categories of misconduct (while a student is under the jurisdiction of the school) as those which may result in temporary separation, suspension, or expulsion from Bark River-Harris Schools.
