		He was again created Baron Keith in the United Kingdom on the 17th of September 1803, but this time with a special remainder to allow his daughter to succeed, as he had no sons.
		Finally, he was created Viscount Keith in the Peerage of the United Kingdom, and died on the 10th of March 1823, when the viscountcy and 1801 barony became extinct, while the 1797 and 1803 baronies passed to his daughter.
