		Barrington Broadcasting was formed in 2003 to acquire and operate television stations in mid-sized markets across the country.
		Barrington's Chief Executive Officer is K. James Yager, former President of Benedek Broadcasting, which owned and operated 28 network-affiliated stations in medium-sized markets until its merger with Gray Television in late 2002.
		Yager is joined at Barrington by Chris Cornelius as Chief Operating Officer and President, Keith Bland as Senior Vice President, Acquisition and Development, and Mary Flodin as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration.
