 | | She gave me the proper diagnosis, Bartholin's cyst, which is basicly a blocked gland inside vagina, filling up with vaginal fluids, and sent me to a gyneachologist, who tried to perform the operation under local anaesticia, which alone was extremely painful to have in that area. |
 | | The cyst began to swell again within a couple of months and after seeing a specialist within a week I was back in hospital (private this time) fortunately before the cyst became infected (that's when it swells like a volcano ready to erupt). |
 | | The cyst has continued to swell and is now quite large (1x4cms) and painful, though I can't quite distinguish the pain from fibromyalgia in the nearby quadriceps and a dodgy hip. |
