  Bartok the Magnificent
The story is that of Bartok, (of course!) a street entertainer, who tells fraudulent stories of his acts of bravery around the world, such as putting out city fires by eating the flames and drinking lakes, and defeating dragons with Kung Fu!
Bartok is dragged into proving his stories one day when Prince Ivan disappears from the palace, and a clue is found implicating the evil witch Baba Yaga.
She tells Bartok she will show him where the Prince is if he completes three tasks for her, the first of which is to bring back this strange stretchy pink snake (Piloff) who is trapped in a boulder on top of a tall tower.

Bartok the Magnificent is a direct-to-video spin-off to the 1997 film Anastasia, which features Hank Azaria as the voice of Bartok.
This film was released on VHS and DVD by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment in 1999, and was re-released in 2005 along with Anastasia in the Family Fun Edition DVD pack.
Although the film was released after Anastasia, the events in the film take place before those of its predecessor, chronicling Bartok's adventures before he became Rasputin's sidekick.

Bartok the Magnificent - Movie Tome
Never mind that the movie's debut coincided with DNA proof--provided by Britain's Prince Phillip, no less--that Anna Andersen was not Tsar Nicholas II's daughter Anastasia, and that Russian-discovered bones were indeed that of the Tsar and his brutally murdered family.
Still, the animated adventure, which features Bartok the excitable albino bat (voiced again by Hank Azaria), is cute and funny, thanks to clever writing and great voice work.
While it's not a particularly fresh tale, Bartok the Magnificent is kept alive through Azaria and Grammer's well-timed and -executed voiceovers.
