Bath was an important site because of the hot springs there; when the Romans came to Bath in the 1 st century CE they built Roman-style baths and restored the Temple of Sul.

If you are driving to Bath you can’t park outside the Town House but Brenda and Allan directed us to a car park a short drive away which was £6 for 24 hour parking – not a bad price at all in our opinion.
