		His Batman theme is too campy(with the exception of the first track which is pretty good, but not great,) the Riddler music is just plain annoying, His circus music is woefully inadequate, and his action music is all noise and no substance(even Elfman's noisy cues contain substance!).
		Elliot Goldenthal's Batman theme was inspired by the sounds of kids humming music to match their action figures' deeds.
		Batman's theme comes up as the dark knight gives chase, only to flop when he is lured down a large tube.

		Not only is the music from Batman Beyond a sure way of obtaining a headache, but it has the power of perversion working for it as well.
		This particular animated television series takes the original Batman story and spins it into a futuristic techno-noir Gotham with a teenage Batman who, as can be easily interpreted through the music, has a multitude of serious psychological troubles.

		Perhaps we are in an age when we are so impossibly hip, even the Batman of 1989, the film that opened the doors to film music for so many geeks (myself included), is considered old hat and is easily disposed.
		This is no longer the gargoyle-gothic Batman, waiting in the shadows, ready to strike fear in the hearts of mindless thugs and thwart mad-man master plans.
		Zimmer truly proves he is the Phil Spector (minus the gunplay and white-man afro) of film music.

		In a rare occurrence (back in 1966) where a film was inspired by a television show (as opposed to the other way around), the "Batman" television series moved onto the big screen with the release of Batman.
		Of course, integrating Neal Hefti's classic "Batman" theme was necessary - but it was Riddle who added the punching brass hits which we all know accompanied the "Bam!" and "Thwap!" action title cards.
		Additionally, the score tends to get a bit monotonous after a while - while it's nice to have over an hour of music, I think this would have made a more enjoyable 30-minute album.

		Considering that Batman Returns is an expensive sequel to a blockbuster hit, you might be forgiven for expecting the music (and this album) to completely echo the first movie.
		The entire album is musically fascinating, representing a major step forward for Elfman, who's turning out to be one of the best composers to come into the film score arena in the past ten years.
		The Batman theme is there, of course, larger than life and twice as heroic, but there are additional themes to help define the Penguin, Catwoman and Max Shreck.

	The Adventures of Batman & Robin Review (SNES)
		The Batman Theme is still present in the music department, but the rest of the music has a more 'happy' feel compared to the gloom present in Batman Returns.
		The game was programmed by the same team who made the superb Batman Returns for SNES, one of the really few decent Batman games.
		It's not quite as good as Batman Returns, but if you are a fan of Batman, comic books in general or an action game player, it's worth playing.

	Adventures of Batman and Robin
		The game is incredibly difficult but great fun with some good music (for the best music on a genesis game ever check out the original Batman game based on the first movie).
		As either Batman or Robin, you throw various weapons at your enemies as you keep scrolling to the right and trying not to get killed.
		Rating 4/5 This is one of Batman's best games out there, and for fans, can't be missed.
