Battleground interface: BG selection poorly designed - Graffë Forums
If they just want the instance to themselves the other faction could be either just random people or a raid of similar numbers/levels.
One concern that I have with the faction that is yelling that they MUST be given full control over spawning a BG instance and be allowed to restrict who can enter...is that enemies are a limited resource.
I agree with the OP they def need to make it easy and simple to get your raids in the same instance in a timely fashion.

In short, this archipelago nation has succeeded at creating the world's most distributed economy, where the sources of production are so far-flung it boggles the mind.

 BBC - h2g2 - Belgium
The good points about living in Belgium are: - good food - good beer, altho a bit strange at times, for instance fruit beers are pretty popular, and one kind of beer is brewed naturally, in the open air.
Notable features include a long history of being occupied by foreign powers and being used as a battleground for said powers.
In every day this results in official figures changing language with every paragraph in order to avoid to show any preference and a level of corruption that is extreme: the GNP of Belgium is only 50% of it's estimated real value, the rest is in the black economy.

(6/17/97) White Power Movement Targets Northern Michigan
City, Mich., noted primarily for its beaches, tourists and cherry pie values, appears to be erupting as a national battleground of opinion over the white power movement, with forces on both sides of the issue coming out of the woodwork to vent their outrage over racial issues.
Many, for instance, had no idea that there even was a Ku Klux Klan operating in the region until Neumann revealed that there are about 60 members operating mostly as "a fraternal organization" between Gaylord and the Mackinac Bridge.
But our thing is unity and celebrating diversity." In addition to several church seminars on the white power movement and the importance of diversity, Hate-Free TC is organizing a three-day "Unity Festival" which will feature dozens of musicians, artists, poets, actors and peace activists at the Traverse City Opera House, July 3-6.

President Bush ran just as strongly in the key battleground states as he did nationally.
For the most part, I find the "two Americas" meme, as preached by last year's vice presidential nominee John Edwards for instance, unpersuasive verging on repulsive.
And when I read the first reaction of my blogospheric friend and fellow lawyer John H. Hinderaker (a/k/a Hindrocket) over at Power Line, I thought he was being reflexively overcritical in writing that Berger had "got[ten] away with a criminal cover-up" through the plea.

Just a brief glance at Ohio, a battleground state this year, shows that the issue may be even more lopsided than national polls suggest.
Despite the shrill efforts of same-sex "marriage" supporters to draw parallels to the civil rights movement, 55 percent of Americans still oppose gay "marriage." This includes quite a few Democrats, as well.

Travel: Civil rights history lives in Alabama
For instance, the Alabama Music Hall of Fame in Tuscumbia highlights the famous "Muscle Shoals Sound": the collection of white musicians and black singers such as Percy Sledge and Aretha Franklin who were turning out hit records while the rest of the state was embroiled in the civil-rights turmoil of the '60s.
The events that made the state a battleground for freedom are preserved in state-of-the-art museums and historic sites.
Birmingham was the first major Alabama city to develop its civil rights history, when the city's first black mayor, Richard Arrington, helped create a historic district around the park and church where many demonstrations began.

Former Soviet Bloc, Economic Reform, Central Asia and Caucasus Economies
In his new book, Building Capitalism, Aslund, a senior associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and advisor to Central Asian governments, construes the former Soviet Union's economic history as a canvas for questions about policy and a battleground between heroes and knaves.
For instance, we learn that Azerbaijan is unique among CIS nations in having criminal courts that are easier to buy off (according to surveys) than its central bank.
Though as dry as an economics textbook must be, the sweeping book considers changes in power, social policy, labor cohesion, and crime in context of economic appraisal.

 2X04) Oestrus
These are topics that never get old, and while I struggled with some of the text, I still applaud Oestrus’ attempts to attack the psychological battleground.
The basement, for instance, an important location in this episode, is often a symbol of the unconscious in psychoanalytic theory.
Oestrus, the latest installment in Virtual Season 2, has all the things we have come to expect from the X-Files: monsters, hospitals, agents in danger, and shadowy hints of the world’s seething underbelly.

According to the Times' David M Halbfinger, Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry is taking the possibility of November 2 surprises seriously indeed and is already ramping up his legal teams to duke it out in battleground states where results seem in any way suspicious.
Over the past year, for instance, there have been spasms of Diebold-mania (in honor of one of the Republican-donor firms making the paper-trail-less, touch-screen-computer voting machines, considered quite capable of producing a Florida II).
These and other rumors, theories, fears, and end-of-the-Republic-as-we-know-it scenarios have not just been flying around the web, but making their way into the mainstream media.

City Journal Winter 2005 On Campus, Conservatives Talk Back by Brian C. Anderson
A 2001 survey, for instance, found that 88 percent of male high school seniors and 93 percent of females thought it extremely or quite important to have a good marriage and family life (see “It’s Morning After in America,” Spring 2004).
These young Republican activists, trudging into battleground states this fall in get-out-the vote efforts, helped George W. Bush win.
But for all the anxiety of the Princeton students, conservative kids on most campuses are eager to engage their liberal classmates (at least the ones who aren’t burning newspapers) and have sparked a genuinely two-sided conversation that so rarely occurs in the classroom.
