Sci-Fi Channel is developing several original miniseries and movies for the 2002-2003 season, including some that are pilots for possible television series.These include the Battlestar Galactica four-hour miniseries, Myst four-hour miniseries, The Forever War four-hour miniseries, The Chronicles Of Amber four-hour miniseries, On The Seventh Day seven-hour limited series, and Colosseum two-hour original movie.
Fans of the television show Dark Angel have created an online petition in an effort to save the series from cancellation.
Production on the film is set to begin in England in early 2003, with the film scheduled for release in summer 2004.
