Laguna de Bay is the largest lake in the Philippines and the largest inland freshwater lake in Southeast Asia.
The Laguna Lake is a large shallow freshwater body in the heart of Luzon Island, Philippines with an aggregate area of 91,136 hectares and a shoreline of 220 kilometers.
It is bordered by the province of Laguna in the east, west and southwest, the province of Rizal in the north to northeast, and Taguig, Pateros, Pasig and Marikina (all of which are cities and municipalities in Metropolitan Manila) in the northwest.

The date is a rough guess based on the publishers name and the configuration on the back which narrows it down to between 1910 and 1925.
Although I am unsure of the date, because the card is unused and there is no date anywhere else to be found, I have seen others from this same series and printer and they all have postmarks from 1927 onward.

It said Laguna de Bay, “through the partnerships forged by the LLDA with the different lake stakeholders, including industries, has gained significant success in the implementation of a sustainable lake management program geared toward the improvement of water quality of the lake and its tributary rivers.”
In a statement, Laguna de Bay and its partner lakes asked the participants of the Johannesburg summit to “press for the implementation of (the 1992 summit's) Principles of Sustainable Development as the basis for the protection of lake ecosystems in the world and, with that, the basis for life on earth.”

Crescent Bay has some of the easiest surf entries & exits there are, in all of Laguna, all sand.
Just like "Most" of Laguna, Crescent Bay faces South so saying that the best diving is on the North is "Misleading" even though you may think that, use a compass and see what I mean, most of Laguna faces this direction.

The bay has been subjected to high levels of chemicals and pollutants that could eventually cause a "full-blown water crisis," Manda said in his "State of Laguna de Bay" speech at a stakeholders forum in Pasig City.

The Lagoon is divided into two parts, the Upper Laguna Madre, extending from Corpus Christi Bay south to an area called the Land Cut.
The Land Cut is 26 miles long and is basically the Intercoastal Waterway which was cut through an area of mostly dry land.
