The exit road leads under the lower bridge deck, back around the hill and down toward the flat Treasure Island in-fill done for the world's fair back in the 30's (Yerba Buena was the already existing island).
There are a few small wooden trestle type bridges on the transcontinental railway, but I don't know that they come too close to the bay.
It's located near the eastbound bridge exit ramp and along side a road leading under the bridge to a residential area.
