Bead - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Glass, plastic, and stone are probably the most common materials, but beads are also made from bone, horn, ivory, metal, shell, pearl, coral, gemstones, polymer clay, metal clay, resin, synthetic minerals, wood, ceramic, fiber, paper, and the seeds of the Bead tree and other trees.
Seed bead machinery uses glass rods softened to a red heat, fed into a steel die stamp that forms the shape of the bead with a reciprocating needle that forms the hole.
Seed beads used by craftspersons should not be confused with Seed Beads™: laboratory-grown beads made of PTFE used to generate seeds of protein crystals.

They are all deciduous or semi-evergreen small trees.
The fruit is a drupe, marble-sized, light yellow at maturity, hanging on the tree all winter, and gradually becoming almost white.
Besides the problem of toxicity, its usefulness as a shade tree in urban areas is diminished by its tendency to sprout where unwanted and to turn sidewalks into dangerously slippery surfaces when the fruits fall.

 Floridata: Melia azedarach
Chinaberry is a fast-growing, short-lived tree with a rounded crown that reaches about 50 ft (15.2 m) tall with a 20 ft (6.1 m) spread.
The effect is further enhanced by pollarding, or pruning to a pollard, whereby the tree is cut back to its trunk or to main branches near the trunk.
Mature Chinaberry trees like this one are prone to dropping limbs and generally creating a mess (and endangering nearby structures).

Neem Leaf Herbal Supplement from Herbal Extracts Plus
The growth of the sturdy Neem tree is inextricably linked to the history of the Indian way of life, because it has been an important source of shelter, food, fuel and medicines, and it was venerated as a protector of the Indian villager (particularly women and children).
Neem Tree is considered such an effective antibacterial and insecticidal that its leaves are often used in libraries to protect against insect damage, and when used in pest control, Neem is also mixed with stored grain to prevent insect damage.
Even the twigs of this tree are used by millions of Indians as an antiseptic toothbrush (dentists confirm that this practice guards against periodontal disease), and its oil is used in the preparation of antibacterial soaps and toothpastes.

A deciduous tree to 15m (50ft), with stout twigs and purplish bark, dotted with buff-colored lenticels.
In the days before commercial insect repellents, the China Berry Tree was a standard addition to most gardens, especially close to the poultry yard where is helped repel unwanted insect pests.
Perhaps because it was once ubiquitous, and because its hardy nature allowed it to grow in waste yards and abandoned areas, its potential toxicity (low), and invasiveness under some circumstances, it came to be known as a pest tree and fell out of favor.
