If two beastmen are able to activate next to a player, it's already enough to drop any low-mid range character or send any of the melee pieces into a critical zone even if they are heavily armored.
Beastmen on a whole have to be beaten by strategy, and not necessarily by sheerly killing every beastman that enters the table.

Beastmen females are described as docile in one of the old Gotrek and Felix books.
I would suppose beastmen women are around seeing as anyone can be warped by chaos.Its conceivable that the then mutated couples hold onto what they have left and have a baby (albeit a mutated one).
