		Slavers and clerics are almost useless at Deity level because the computer opponents throw up city walls so fast, though on lower difficulty levels they can be outrageously effective.
		In general, build all production improvements (except oil-refinery), all pollution-reduction improvements, all money making improvements (airports are optional - depends on pollution levels), and all defensive improvements (especially city walls and SDI when you have time, leave micro-defense unless your enemy is in ecotopia), and build as many happiness improvements as you need.
		You'll be behind on the powergraph until at least tanks, but by robotics you should be ahead, and by sea colonies you should be powerful enough to conquer the world easily.
