When you can do this accurately, beatmatching will start to seem a lot less impossible.
If you're marking one beat with your body, it leaves your head free to count the other beat, so try marking the beats of record 1 by shaking your leg / hand / other suitable body part & marking the beats of record 2 in your head!
As you get better you'll be able to hear the beat in all sorts of rhythms, even ones without a kick.

I turned the wheel left (donnu how it is called in english) and it was beatmatched again so I raised the pitch a bit but then it went out of sync again.
There was no vinyl noise at the end of the track (so it can't be recorded of vinyl and there is no reason that the track wouldn't be recorded at the same bpm).

I called up Tech support and asked them if with their latest version, it is possible to beatmatch songs perfectly "without' having to use "Headphones", they said that all I have to do for "most" songs is to use the "sync" button, I tried that but it doesn't work for a "lot" of songs.

Ok, the more experienced bods out there will say you can transfer from one to the other, but as maintaining the same speed is not a criteria and beats are not strictly overlapped at the same tempo it doesn't belong in a basic beatmatching tutorial.
This is where we use the headphones and pitch controls on the decks.

beatmatching it's a normal dj experience this is easy maybe for me because i playing 1 year at decks and beatmatching I teach at virtual dj, try find right tempo to radio NP.
yeah beatmatching imo it's easy but before playin' on decks, better is to learn on traktor that thing etc. but sync is harder to learn but if u play 2 tracks in right tempo they never desync.

And yes, the only time I ever use headphones is when beatmatching or setting up the next track (say, if I want to cut the intro out or whatever).
The reason you use a monitor instead of listening to the sound on the main dance floor is that there is a delay between when music comes out of the speakers on the dance floor and when it reaches the dj booth, due to the speed of sound.
If you are not beatmatching, you really don't need to use headphones at all, except to find the beginning of the song.

Its beat detection algo is very good, I even managed to beatmatch without headphones with just a little shift I corrected while second track was in background.
The automatic beatmatching works surprisingly well (at least with most music that was made for mixing), best engine I found so far.
Its not that I could not beatmatch by ear, did this for years, its just that it helps alot if tracks come up at right speed and close to sync.

Also, you could use the headphone cue fader (if you've got one on your mixer) to pre-mix the tracks in the phones.
Although don't rely on this to be able to beatmatch if you're likely to be playing out, as you may not have this facility on the mixers you find in many clubs.
These are all well and good, but I would recommend ignoring them, as you've got to learn to do your beatmatching by ear, not by eye.

I'm a bit confused as I would have thought it was quite obvious how MM does it, as it builds a beat grid based on where it detects the beats to be and therefore is able to align it's beat grids accordingly to cause the beats to hit on time.
Asking both of them just how they are able to do this, they both replied "timing",in their heads.
When I say "manual", I mean to simply beatmatch using any software which does not line up the beats for you.

I remember a friend telling me that they overheard a group of people actually walking out of a room I was playing in saying 'that guy over there is pretending to DJ' because they could see that the turntables were not spinning.
Ultimately, it comes down to the audience, and if they are having fun, then who really cares if you are beatmatching, if its in tune or not, if the dirty hippy in the alley shit the pants he is wearing yesterday, or if Sasha made the song...
