Béatrice Dalle was born Beatrice Cabarrou on 19 December 1964 in Le Mans, Sarthe, France.
Beatrice Dalle married Joey Starr, a French rapper, but that too did not work out and in April 2005 Dalle announced that she was marrying a man who has been detained for two years awaiting trial on unspecified serious charges.
They met when Beatrice Dalle agreed to make a short film inside a jail where her husband to be was then held.

Dalle, 40, is best known for her role in the explicit movie "Betty Blue" and has her own brushes with the law with arrests in France and the United States on drug charges, the Telegraph reportd.
Dalle and the unidentified man, held for two years on unspecified but serious charges, married in January during a 15-minute ceremony at the Hermitage jail in Dalle's home town of Brest, France.
