On Sept. 4, 1945, Becky was recalled to active duty; due to the Korean War she remained active until March 1952, when she was discharged at the rank of Technician 4-C. Becky was the first known woman to be post commander of the V.F.W. in New York state.
Becky was employed by E.C.D. of Bendix as a machinist for more than 34 years.
Becky is survived by her devoted friends, John and Rose Moore of Sidney; and nieces, nephews, family and friends.
