	OSCE Advances Democratic Transformation in Bosnia and Herzegovina
		The outgoing head of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, U.S. diplomat Robert Beecroft, is leaving "a rich legacy" of work on the democratic transformation of that country, Deputy U.S. Representative to the OSCE Douglas Davidson told the Permanent Council in Vienna May 13.
		He noted specifically the success of Beecroft's efforts to de-politicize education and promote respect for diversity and greater civic involvement, as well as the "truly noteworthy" transformation in Bosnia's defense structures.
