 BarMeister.com - Drinking Game - Depth Charge
A person is nominated to provide the first 'depth charge' - this could be a shot of whiskey but it must be in a small shot glass that can be 'floated' in the beer mug.
The person who sinks the depth charge must pull it out of the beer quickly and down it, and purchase the next depth charge.
Also, it is best to nominate when the last game is because the unfortunate person who sinks the charge will have to down the charge and the beer mug contents (fairly rancid after a few games).

 Fruit Cocktail
Fruited beer improves with aging (a year or more), as the fruit components blend with the base.
Unlike other fruited beers (but like some enormous barleywines), this one is nearly still, with slight carbonation; a whole bushel of fruit sourness and tartness that is perfectly balanced by the malt so nothing gets out of hand.
For example, if a raspberry fruited beer is brewed properly, the fruit should impart a reddish (and frequently hazy) cast to the beer and the head, except in cases where a brown beer is used as the base.

Because one of the jobs I've assigned myself at beerbistro, the downtown Toronto beer cuisine restaurant and bar in which I'm a partner, is the creation of the beer cocktail list, which made its debut with the second printing of the beer menu and is being elaborated upon in the current third edition.
It's pretty obvious at this point that I'm a big believer in the art of the beer cocktail, but only so long as the integrity of the component beer or beers is kept in mind when the blend is created.

Bloody Mary (cocktail) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A Bloody Mary is a cocktail containing vodka, tomato juice, and usually other spices or flavorings such as Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, beef consomme or bouillon, horseradish, celery or celery salt, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
It is one of the few cocktails traditionally served in the morning, along with the Screwdriver and the Mimosa.
The epithet "Bloody Mary" is associated with a number of historical and fictional women, most notably Queen Mary I of England (see Bloody Mary (person) for others); however, there is no known connection between the name of the cocktail and any of these people.
