Bad Religion - The Process of Belief, The Empire Strikes First Review
I was of the impression that after Process Of Belief we might be on a downhill slide.
The Process of Belief is fast and furious as well as very well written.
Yes, it’s the same sound for a band that has been around for almost 20 years but things are really clicking for the band and I’m willing to bet that Process ends up on many top ten punk album lists for the year.

The Process of Belief - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Process Of Belief is an album by the punk rock band Bad Religion, released in 2002.
This was their first new album on Epitaph Records since 1993s Recipe for Hate (not counting the 1995 compilation album All Ages) and to feature original guitarist Brett Gurewitz since 1994s Stranger Than Fiction.

Amazon.com: The Process of Belief: Music: Bad Religion
The newest Bad Religion album, 'The Process Of Belief' is no mere hardcore revivalism; it is, in fact, the complete evolution of punk music, a record that successfully redefines a genre the band helped to popularize.
In all, The Process of Belief is confirmation that you don't need big shorts and a low IQ to make a prime-grade punk rock album.
It is only fitting, then, that "The Process Of Belief" blows all of those bands [and about a million more] out of the water.

NotSoPop - Bad Religion: The Process of Belief Review
As most punk rock albums tend to be, "The Process Of Belief"'s short timespan [a mere half-hour, as noted earlier] causes a lot of presses of the "Repeat" button, causing the listener to become pretty tired of the album far too soon.
Marking their latest album, "The Process Of Belief" is the same Bad Religion fans have come to know and love and still manages to stay fresh enough to attract newer listeners.
With fast-paced punk rock blended smoothly with Greg Graffin's hard-hitting socio-political lyrics, the album is impressive from the "Supersonic" beginning to the "Bored And Extremely Dangerous" end.

The Foolishness of God seems to be a concept album which is based on the man who struggles his belief and faith in complex modern society with ideas of Christian belief/faith from band members (I assume).
Mandylion is one of most popular albums they have ever made among their fans.
I am kind of impressed with the message and concept on this album that represents the man who is struggling in modern day life, and how to deal with his faith against outside pressure and inside conflicts.

The belief of heredity is subtle, it is aggressive, and it is widely accepted.
Heredity is an age-old belief, but it has never been law.
We hear the excuses all the time: I’m like this because my parents are like this; my mom (or) dad can’t run fast either; my parents weren’t organized either; someone in my family had (this or that disease), so I need to obey this or that health law in order to prevent getting it.

A terrific album, worth it if just for "Armed And Dangerous", "I Am On The Rock" and "Beyond Belief".
"petra" "beyond" and "belief" are black letters on orange stripes in the top right-hand corner, except for the "t" in "petra" which is white inside a red circle.

Fast 'n' Bulbous Reviews: Bad Religion * The Process Of Belief (Epitaph, 2002)
The 20+ year-old band's twelfth album, The Process Of Belief is being viewed as a sort of comeback, even though The New America came out in 2000.
That said, The Process Of Belief offers by far their most catchy, melodic batch of songs wince No Control.
It would be nice to see Bad Religion take another risk like they did with their second album, 1983's Into The Unknown (which is criminally out of print).

 Eva Cassidy: Time After Time
Though she had little confidence or belief in herself, she always had the guts to tackle songs with indelible associations (What A Wonderful World or Fields Of Gold from other albums for example) and reinvent them totally.
What looks on the surface (certainly to those unfamiliar with her work) to be a patchwork quilt of covers, this, like her previous albums, is a magical journey of discovery and rediscovery, contrasting the explosive power of her voice with magical understatement as she leaps through a gamut of musical styles.
Assembled from studio recordings and some live ones from The Maryland Inn and the classic Blues Alley concerts, ‘Time After Time’ brings forth more goodies from the Cassidy archives, once again confirming my belief that she remains one of the greatest singers of all time.

 Definition of Superstition
Superstition is also used to refer to folkloric belief systems, usually as juxtaposed to another religion 's idea of the spiritual world, or as juxtaposed to science.
Superstition is a deviation of religious feeling and of the practices this feeling imposes.
Whatever the cause, superstition can lead to a disregard of reason under the false assumption of a divine or paranormal form of control over the universe.

Tyr (album) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This was previously thought to be a concept album dealing with Christianity and Norse Mythology, but bassist Neil Murray dispelled that belief in 2005, stating that while many of the songs may seem loosely related, very little of the album has to do with mythology and it was not intended to be a concept recording.
Tyr is the fifteenth studio album by heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released in 1990 by I.R.S. records.
The band has stated that while they do not disown or regret the song "Feels Good To Me," it was put on the album solely to be released as a single and doesn't fit in musically with the rest of the record.

 Who is Unwritten Law?
The self-titled album was Unwritten Laws most popular yet thanks to the release "Cailin", a song about Scott's daughter, not his wife, contrary to popular belief.
Unwritten Law hit the studios again and with the help of Pivits' bassist, Micah Albao, released their self-titled album in June of 98.
After some touring, Unwritten Law was ready to go back to the studios in 96 to begin recording the follow up to Blue room, their second full length album, Oz Factor.

Unlike the common Christian belief of eternal torment, this hell is the state of being completely severed from the presence of God, literally cut off from all light and knowledge.

The Roots: The Tipping Point - PopMatters Music Review
The Roots have long been critical darlings for their skill as well as their belief in having a serious and committed musical sensibility.
The Roots are the perfect marriage of credibility and accessibility.
Perhaps The Tipping Point is meant to have that anticipatory edge, the sense that The Roots are attempting to revitalize their genre by threading mainstream hip-hop's idolatry of the hook with underground hip-hop's consciousness raising and worshipful sense of musical genealogy.

Given the poor state of music/media distribution for non-major label music, PLU are favouring circulation of one's work as the ultimate goal, in the belief that gift culture ultimately reaps as much, if not more rewards by reaching more people.
Bennett¹s work is an examination of the affect of hearing well known tunes and lyrics in fragments, then putting those elements to play-- resonating, intermingling and recombining with the listeners own associations and shards of memories.

 Time - Fleetwood Mac
The real joys of 'Time' are the five songs of Christine McVie, who proves her long-held belief that keeping it simple works well: 'All Over Again' is a beautiful lullaby, and 'Nights in Estoril' has a magical, lyrical tone.
I came to the 1995 'Time' Album with a lot of negative preconceptions, and I'm glad to say that I was proven wrong.
That her songs seem to be saying goodbye to the band adds greater emotional depth to this overlooked album.

If you listen to any Sublime album, particularly this one, you will see that Brad Nowell makes many references to his religious belief (that, although perhaps not doctrinal, and far from puritanical, are obviously very emotionally intense), and to his possession of firearms.
Sublime may have been party music, and they may have never been pretentious enough to do concept albums, but they keep on returning to concepts on this album, and if they do it unintentionally, it only makes it more meaningful.
There also exists a connection between the days events, the book, and the album, but the album is perhaps the easiest to explain.

It was not until Franti formed the band The Disposable Heroes of Hiphopcrasy and released the album Hyprocrasy Is The Greatest Luxury in 1992 that he began to gain wider recognition as a poet with a political agenda.

While Elliott wasn't so bold as to admit the band's intention to use Pyromania as a stepping stone to the top, he expressed his belief that the album is the strongest that Leppard has ever done.

With a series of problems that have included the sacking of guitarist Pete Willis and vocal troubles suffered by lead singer Joe Elliott (both of which delayed the completion of the band's new album Pyromania), this Sheffield-based quintet has found that life at the top is not without its headaches.
