The Eagle Eye has a wing span of 15.2 ft, is 17.9 ft in length, is 5.7 ft high, and weighs around 2,000 pounds (depending on payload).

The preliminary design of the Eagle Eye is based on the successful demonstrator that flew over 90 hours, and achieved 200 knots in level cruise whilst carrying 210 pounds of payload at 7/8 the scale of the planned production version.
Bell Helicopter is a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin, a partner in Integrated Coast Guard Systems (ICGS), a joint venture of Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman.

Worth, Texas, signed a teaming agreement at year’s end to develop a vertical-takeoff-and-landing unmanned aerial vehicle (VUAV) to meet the tactical mission requirements of European expeditionary forces.
The VUAV system will be based on a modified version of Bell’s Eagle Eye tilt-rotor UAV.
The companies say the agreement will reinforce the interoperability of their current UAV systems and will ensure that the new system fits into and is supportable within the existing UAV infrastructure of NATO and other European forces.
