Ben Weider (born February 1, 1924) is a Canadian businessman from Montreal well-known in two areas, sports and Napoleonic history.
He is co-founder (with his brother Joe Weider) of the International Federation of BodyBuilders (IFBB) and is the current president.
In Napoleonic circles he is known as a forceful advocate of the theory that Napoleon was assassinated by a member of his entourage during his exile in Saint Helena.
