		The woman on the other end of the line was very helpful & unequivocally stated that Benelli had, indeed, worked w/ the BATF on this to ensure that it would be legal to market the M4S90 telestocks for installation onto the M4S90.
		Any agreement with BATF and Benelli would likely come in the form of a letter ruling that might be public, but I don't know how to find that.

		Unless your a marine and need a gas assisted blow back operating system and a bayonette lug as specified by the USMC the standard Benelli inertia blowback system is more than adequate, and combat proven.
		IMO the M1 super 90 is every bit as good if not better, just less "tough" looking, and less money/ easier to find.
		In any case they are the same except that the 1014 has that flag engraved, and the phony collapsable stock and does not come with the chokable barrel that the M4 does.

		I have a Benelli M4 Super 90 W/ collapsible stock & a M3 Super 90 and I never had any problems with the M3 Super 90.
		The M4 sold regularly is for show and that fixed-collapsible stock would do no good and make it quite painful to shoot.
		You have to wait for the AWB to sunset and the gun has to have a number of parts made in America.
