John Znidarsic will present the 2004 edition of the annual Holiday Songbook at the Donnell Library Theater (20 West 53rd Street) on Sunday, December 12 at 2:30pm.
The event is free and open to the public but ticket availability is limited; admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event at the door.

Most of the songs John Znidarsic has been presenting monthly for 15 years in his "Songbook" concerts are from musicals that have not been produced, some not even completed.
John has also directed presentations of new writers' work for the valued Bound for Broadway series at Merkin Hall.  He comments, "I've been offered jobs directing revivals of classics and revues of famous writers.

Conceived and directed by Michael Scheman, a reading of Twelve Days will be held Sunday, Dec. 12 at 2:30 PM at the Donnell Library Theater.
The revue features material by Barbara Anselmi, Neil Bartram, Gilles Chiasson, D.D. Jackson, Carl Kissin, Karl Mansfield, Peter Morris, Benjamin Morss, Michael Scheman, Madeline Stone, David Turner and Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky; the cast comprises Anne Bobby, Geno Carr, Gaelen Gilliland, Audrey Lavine and Michael McCoy.
John Znidarsic, the producer of the "Hollywood Songbook" series, which is presenting Twelve Days, said in a statement, "I will be hosting and producing a special concert of all new holiday songs performed by some of Broadway's finest singers.

A first reading took place on December 19th, 2002 in Manhattan directed by John Znidarsic.
Jared Scott Stein played Big E Isaacson, Isaac and Uncle Alban, and Benjamin Schrader played Wiley Jake Isaacson as well as trading off with Jared in the role of Isaac.

In 1999 Jerry Hadley commissioned Ben and writer Barry Kleinbort to create the chamber musical Henry and Company, a four-character memory piece set in small town America.
Directed by John Znidarsic and featuring Tony nominee Marla Schaffel, Backstage wrote of the show: "rising star Ben Moore proves to be a true musical melodist."
Ben wrote the score for the musical Bye Bye Broadway, with book and lyrics by Carl Ritchie, which ran at Canada's Drayton Festival Theatre in 1999.
