With that directive, the Berea Municipal Court finds that the safe operation of the Court and the safety of the Bailiffs and other court personnel including the Judge, in the performance of their duties will be enhanced by each Bailiff being qualified to carry a firearm while on duty.

CLEVELAND - The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Berea Headquarters is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred yesterday on the Ohio Turnpike (Interstate 80) in the city of Broadview Heights.
The victim, Gulam Moonda, 65, of Hermitage, Penn., died from an apparent single gunshot wound to the head during a reported roadside robbery.
