I get the impression that the ostello has the full support and backing of the local government, and that the people of Bergamo are really proud of their little town.
Unfortunately, Bergamo has extremely limited options for night life, and unless you enjoy the fresh, clean mountain air and walking around a residential neighborhood, you will probably be bored to pieces here.
