MIMOS Berhad is a technology RandD company based in Kuala Lumpur, wholly owned by the Malaysian government and which advises the Malaysian government on technology.
On 1 November 1996, MIMOS was corporatized as MIMOS Berhad.
In January 1995, MIMOS was appointed as the Secretariat to the National IT Council (NITC) where it promotes Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
