Beroe Stara Zagora has been banned from using its ground for the next five games after two men attacked the referee before last weekend's premier league match against CSKA Sofia.
Two men, aged 24 and 22 from the town of Stara Zagora, hit referee Svetlozar Marinov in the face while the match officials were walking down a corridor toward the dressing room before Sunday's game.
CSKA was awarded a 3-0 win by a BFU sports and technical commission on Tuesday as "normal conditions had not been ensured for conducting the match and that is why it had not taken place." Beroe officials said they were not to blame for the incident.
