Frank Collier, who was living in Berrylands Road in Moreton was banned after making threats of violence towards his neighbours.
Collier is banned from entering Berrylands Road in Moreton and a radius of approximately a square mile in Moreton.
Collier who did not attend the hearing and was not initially able to be located, was finally traced this week to an address in Birkenhead and the injunction served on him (on Tuesday October 14, 2003).

Tournament organisers are hopeful that last year’s champion Daniele Bracciali of Italy, currently ranked 68 in the world, will be able to defend his Surbiton Trophy title which he won with victory over Ivo Karlovic who has a current ranking of 55.

There was an almighty suspision of handball as he was autographing the ball at the time but Moby waved play on whilst muttering something about travelling so high.
Players from both sides stood and applauded the strike and congratulated Tom on his magnificent attempt at stopping such a sweetly shot struck.
