Bet El is currently celebrating 27 years since its founding and now numbers aprox.
Bet El offers a wide range of educational possibilities catering to various tastes and needs: 2 Daycare Centers for babies, 15 kindergartens, Boys elementary school, 2 Boys JH schools, Girls' elementary and JH school, Talmud Torah, 2 Ulpanot, 2 Yeshiva High Schools, Yeshiva Gvoha, and a Teachers' College.
Bet El offers practically all the services needed in day to day life: 4 medical clinics, 2 groceries, a greengrocer and natural products shop, stores selling books, clothing, house wares, and furniture, a car mechanic, a beautician, and a gas station among others.

El Greco is simply a lesser example and I do mean lesser in all meanings of the world.
El Greco seems like his songwriting consists of accidentally doing something strange and thinking, "Gee, I'll just toss it in the same song with my last weird idea." In other words, this is just drivel parading as something disturbingly bizarre.
El Greco is one guy, and he's got an Adam Sandler-esque way of meandering through the silly music of the last quarter century.

Here, the name of the place Hashem tells him to go to is Bet El, and the command refers to the previous events that happened there.
Perhaps he is calling the place Bet-El again (the first time in Vayeitzei), or perhaps this is a reminding of the etymology since in the next pasuk he moves on from Bet El.
