FultonCounty is a county located in the state of Pennsylvania.
FultonCounty was created on April 19, 1851 from part of Bedford County and named for inventor Robert Fulton.
In the county, the population is spread out with 24.60% under the age of 18, 7.60% from 18 to 24, 28.40% from 25 to 44, 25.00% from 45 to 64, and 14.50% who are 65 years of age or older.

FultonCounty is located north of the Maryland/Pennsylvania border; south of Huntingdon County; east of Bedford County and west of Franklin County.
Bedford County was formed from Cumberland in 1771, which was formed from Lancaster County in 1729 that was formed from the original county, Chester, in 1682.
One-third of the population of Pennsylvania was of German ancestry.
His home in BethelTownship was a one-story log house sized 46' X 22' with two windows and 24 panes valued at $120.00.
Oral tradition among the local residents of the county is that Margaret Hart was the wife of this William Hess.
Ann (Fisher) Hess of Bedford County, Pennsylvania, daughter of Frances (Kuhl) Fisher of said County who is named in the will of Paul Kuhl deceased as the sister of said deceased and having acknowledged receipt of $31.25.
The township of Cross Creek retained its original territory and limits until May, 1806, when a portion of it was taken to form the township of Mount Pleasant; and in 1853 the township of Jefferson was formed from the western part of Cross Creek, reducing the township to its present limits.
Robert Patterson, of Smith township, presided at that meeting, and the law was adopted by all the townships in the county, with five exceptions.
Cross Creek township was a separate justice's district from its erection in 1790 till the erection of election districts, May 4, 1803, when it became embraced with other territory in District No. 3, and so remained till 1838, when the office of justice became elective, and the township an independent district.
Balser and Mary are buried in the Union Cemetery, Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio.
Mary was born 16 January 1798 and is buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery in FultonCounty, Pennsylvania.
Jeremiah Hess the son of Abraham Hess and Ann (Fisher) Hess, was born 15 January 1793 at Bethel Twp., Bedford Co., PA; married Catherine Daniels, born 23 June 1798, the daughter of Daniel and Catherine (Clevenger) Daniels.
