		David Bevan served as a Judge of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory from 1912 to 1920.
		He was born in London on 11 January 1873 and moved to Melbourne in 1886 where he was educated at the Melbourne Church of England Grammar School and the Trinity College at the University of Melbourne.
		Bevan arrived in Darwin on the SS Empire on 21 May 1912 and was sworn in as a Judge of the Supreme Court on 23 May 1912.

	BLABBERMOUTH.NET - DANZIG Land New Drummer
		Bevan Davies from the band COMES WITH THE FALL (and also substitute/touring drummer for JERRY CANTRELL in 2001 and 2002) has officially joined DANZIG as the band's new drummer.
		Davies' first live appearance with the group will take place on Friday, July 4 at the Bilbao Accion Rock Festival at Parque de Zorrozaurre-Deusto in Spain.
		Davies, who is said to be a huge DANZIG fan, was forced to leave COMES WITH THE FALL's current U.S. tour following the band's performance at The 10 High in Atlanta, Georgia on Friday (June 13) in order to begin rehearsing with DANZIG for the upcoming Bilbao Accion Rock appearance.

		Comes With The Fall is true electric crackly power trio magic, mellowed with a no-hurry sense of the blues at times, but usually rocking these thick tribal almost stoner-ish riffs through sparkly production and an alternative sense of smart song that should have these guys all over the radio.
		I could say the highlight is Duvall's multi-tiered, effervescent vocal flight deck, but that would be shortchanging this whoop ass groove class rhythm section (Bevan Davies on drums, Adam Stanger on bass) who Bonham/Jones power everything grand and timeless.
		Only complaint: maybe one too many "sensitive" numbers and perhaps too strict an adherence to the power trio format and its limitations, although limited, this ain't.

		The slightly extended changeover saw Danzig commencing their set 20 minutes behind schedule, and I was hoping this wouldn't have too many repercussions later in the set, which fortunately it didn't.
		The new line-up, consisting of Tommy Victor on Guitar, Jerry Montano on Bass and drummer Bevan Davies, certainly look more the part than the last supporting cast Danzig had on tour with him (no slight on John Kelly as he was just helping out).
		As the lights dimmed and the intro tape played "Unendlich", these strapping, not so young lads appeared on stage in a smoky haze.

		Former Damageplan vocalist Patrick Lachman says his new band has helped him deal with the onstage murder of guitarist Dimebag Darrell Abbott.
		Lachman's new band, Mercy Clinic, includes guitarists Brian Harrah and Josh Stinson, bassist Steed Najera and drummer Bevan Davies, MTV.com reported.
		Lachman said he came under a lot of criticism when it was reported he was putting a new band together, since many felt the December deaths of Abbott and four others during a Damageplan show in Ohio were still too fresh.
